Where is the home located?

We're directly across the Kancamagus Highway (Route 112) from Loon Mountain Recreation area. About 75 miles north of Manchester NH airport, 120 miles north of downtown Boston.

How is the home equipped?

You'll find all linens, towels (including beach towels) a kitchen with plenty of everything needed for cooking. The home is spotlessly clean when you arrive.

What do we need to do on departure? And how do we check in?

We ask that you take out the trash, run the dishwasher (you needn't emty it, though) and head home. You should not spend your last day of vacation cleaning someone else's home! We send you the keys prior to your arrival. Check in is normally 4:00 PM, check out is 10:00 AM. When possible, we always extend your stay with late check-out or early check-in.

Other Charges?

All rates are subject to New Hampshire lodging tax of 9%. And we ask for a security deposit that is almost always refunded in full (98% of the time). There are no other charges or cleaning fees.
